Co-Founder & Head of Participant Outcomes
Jayde is an Enrolled Nurse with over 10 years' experience in the disability sector, bringing extensive leadership and frontline expertise across complex support environments. Jayde has also worked within hospital settings across mental health, end-of-life care, surgical, and medical units, providing a strong foundation in multidisciplinary collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
She has held senior roles including National Business Development Manager, Service Manager, and Support Coordinator, contributing to the growth and development of multiple organisations from the ground up.
Jayde holds certifications in Responding to and Preventing Violence, Abuse and Neglect (CPVAN) and Introduction to Protective Behaviours (Early Education and Primary School), and is strongly grounded in the principles of Positive Behaviour Support and Supported Decision Making.
She is recognised for her ability to foster genuine, meaningful connections with participants and families, particularly those navigating high-risk and complex situations. Her work is driven by outcomes -- with many participants and families choosing to continue their journey alongside her due to the measurable and lasting impact she has achieved in their lives.
Jayde is currently awaiting her Practitioner ID and will be operating as a Core Behaviour Support Practitioner.

Jessica brings a refined balance of strategic oversight and operational excellence. Holding a Bachelor of Justice Studies with a focus on juvenile justice and advocacy, she offers a deeply informed and compassionate understanding of complex support needs, particularly within the NDIS landscape.
With over a decade of hands-on experience supporting children and young people within the foster care system, Jessica brings a uniquely grounded perspective to her work -- one shaped by real-world insight, empathy, and a strong commitment to advocacy and stability for those navigating complex circumstances.
With a strong foundation in administration, systems, and client experience, she ensures the seamless delivery of services at every touchpoint. Jessica is deeply committed to building structured, high-performing environments that prioritise both quality outcomes and meaningful client relationships, elevating the standard of care across the organisation.
