She combines frontline experience with a strong understanding of the NDIS to support participants in a holistic, person-centred way.

Having recently transitioned into a Support Coordination role with Savora, Rylee is continuing to develop her practice under the mentorship of Jayde and Jessica, strengthening her systems knowledge and ability to deliver high-quality participant outcomes.

Toni Cooper, Senior Behaviour Support Practitioner

Toni Cooper

Senior Behaviour Support Practitioner

With nearly 25 years across the disability sector, Toni has worked every level of the industry, from frontline support in 2003 through to General Manager roles. She has also held senior government positions, including NDIS Assistant Director of Fraud and Compliance, where she contributed to policy and legislation that helped shape the NDIS landscape.

Her behaviour support practice began at Giant Steps in Sydney specialising in Autism, expanded through a three-year project with the Centre for Applied Behaviour Analysis, and grew further through her work on the ACT Government's Restrictive Practices Panel steering committee. Since 2020 she has practised as a registered Behaviour Support Practitioner across Newcastle and the ACT, delivering personalised, evidence-based support that empowers individuals and drives lasting change.

Toni currently mentors and oversees Jayde within Behaviour Support while Jayde's practitioner ID is being finalised, providing clinical oversight and ensuring high-quality outcomes for participants and families.

Dylan Booth, Head Of Marketing

Dylan Booth

Head Of Marketing

With six years in digital marketing and a track record of working with international brands, Dylan brings a sharp strategic eye and deep technical capability to Savora's digital presence. His expertise spans website design and development, social media marketing, AI and automation, and broader digital strategy.

At Savora, he leads the website, brand systems, and the quiet infrastructure that powers client communications behind the scenes. It is the layer most people never see but always feel.

He pairs technical depth with a strong design sensibility, building tools and channels that scale without losing the warmth that defines Savora's voice.
